Q: How do I use the affirmations?  Do I create my own affirmations or use the ones provided in the program?  How many affirmations should I be saying each day?

 

A: Listen to the affirmations once a day and use the affirmations that resonate with you (there could be 1-5 that do).  Do not try to remember them all.  As you follow the guidelines in the workbook, you can create your own personalized affirmations.  Whenever you want to overcome doubt and feel better, repeat the affirmations that work for you.

 

 

 

Q: What time of day is best to listen to the hypnotic programs?

 

A: I recommend that the best time to listen to the hypnotic program is right before you go to bed.  This way, your subconscious will go to work through the night.  When you wake up, complete the exercises in the workbook.  This is a great way to create a powerful, positive intention for the day.

 

Q: How many times should I listen to CD1?

 

A: You only need to listen to CD1 once to release stress and learn how to sleep better.  You can use the Hypnotic Rest & Relaxation track as often as you wish.

 

Q: Should I focus on only one goal throughout all 30 days or can I focus on a different goal each day?

 

A: The Magicnicity program is designed for you to identify as many dreams, goals and aspirations that you want, and then pick one goal that you want to achieve the most.  You will find that this will be helpful in learning to focus your mind on one thing at a time.

 

Q: How long should I spend on Magicnicity each day?  How long should I spend on the workbook each day?

 

A: You should not have to spend more than one hour a day listening to the program and completing the workbook exercises.

 

Q: What happens if I fall asleep while listening to the hypnotic programs?

 

A: If you fall asleep while listening to the hypnotic programs, that is perfectly OK.  Your subconscious is still absorbing the suggestions.

 

Q: How can I make the color association work for me?  Should I pick different colors for different goals?

 

A: The color association is designed to create a successful feeling attached to any goal.  You can use the same color for all of your goals.  If you wish, you can choose a different color for different goals.

 

Q: What is the purpose of having a poem at the end of each CD?

 

A: The purpose of having a poem at the end of each CD is to inspire you and to help you solidify the suggestions in the corresponding program.

 

Q: Should I listen to the MAGIC Formula track on CD4 with a goal in mind?

 

A: You can listen to the MAGIC Formula track with a goal in mind, or you can choose one while you go through the workbook exercises.

 

Q: I find it difficult to relax quickly.  What can I do to get into a hypnotic state?

 

A: To help you relax, you can listen to the Hypnotic Rest & Relaxation track on CD1.  You may also be trying too hard to relax—you just need to let go.  The subconscious responds best if you let go.

 

Q: What if I don’t have time to listen to the hypnotic program for 30 consecutive days and have to miss a day or two?

 

A: If you miss a day or two, that’s OK—just carry on from where you left off.  It is important to complete the program.  This program is designed to create a momentum of success, so it is not recommended to miss days.

 

Q: After I have completed the 30-day program, can I use the program again?

 

A: You can use the program again and again.  In fact, I recommend that you use it over and over to create the habit of success.
