Awareness, Goals, Imagination, Choices.
M – Motivation
is the cause or reason of a
person’s action. Without motivation, there is no movement in life. Every
person has two basic motivators and directions in life: to move away from
pain and move towards pleasure. People generally know what they should do
to achieve their goals, however most people do not feel like taking action
because they associate more pain than pleasure to accomplishing their goal.
For example, if someone wants to lose weight they know they should move
more and eat less. If they do not feel like taking action then their
behaviour will not change. We are all influenced by our education,
experiences and environment. As we develop, we accept ideas and suggestions
into our minds. These suggestions become our beliefs, which determine the
way we behave. In order for our behaviors to change, our beliefs must
change at the subconscious level.
What

or love (passions)? What are your values?

A – Awareness
is having realization or consciousness.
Being aware is critical in knowing if a person is moving towards or away
from their goal. Awareness allows people to live in the moment and
appreciate all of life’s offerings. If people are not fulfilled in life
then they must become aware of what to change. Being aware allows people a
better understanding of who they are and what they want in life. If someone
is not aware of what they truly want in life, they may potentially end up
living another person’s life.
What do
you want or desire out of your life? Are your behaviors getting you closer
or further away from where you want to be? Are you willing to change and do
what it takes to get what you want? How will you know when you have
achieved what you want?

G – Goals
are a mark to reach. Goals allow
people to have direction in life. All people have desires and wants, and
goals create motivation so people can purposefully channel their desires and
wants. Goals are the initial stage of designing a life.
What
specific things do you want to accomplish in your life? What would you like
to be, do and have in your life? How long will it take you to accomplish
them?

I – Imagination
is the act or power of forming a
mental image. The imagination is your plan-making department and this is
where your dreams and visions are created. The images that you most often
create are who and what you become. Our subconscious mind only communicates
in images and pictures. Depending on whether you are creating positive or
negative ones, it will determine what you will attract. Knowing the power
of your imagination and harnessing it will allow you to attract and manifest
what you want.
Do you create images of what you want in life? Can you
mentally picture and imagine yourself having already achieved your goal? If
so, what does it look, feel and sound like?

C – Choices
are the act or power of choosing. The
most powerful quality human beings have is the power to choose. Accepting
full responsibility for the choices you make empowers you to create your own
destiny. Many people blame others and complain about their life and
circumstances. This results in giving up their power to create their own
destiny. Problems, challenges, and good and bad things happen to everyone in
life; how you choose to deal with these situations is what matters.
What
